Terms of Service

Purpose and access

Atmoshush is a nature and ambience media project. Its channel workflow is restricted to the operator's own authorized YouTube channel. This website does not offer public account connection, paid subscriptions, or guaranteed publishing services.

YouTube API Services

By using the Atmoshush YouTube workflow, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Authorization must be provided by the channel owner. The current pilot uploads videos privately; it does not automatically publish or schedule public videos.

Content and rights

Footage, audio, and other materials must have verified rights for the intended use. Attribution and license conditions must be respected. A link to a source does not itself grant permission to reuse content. Misleading synthetic disaster footage and exploitative treatment of sensitive events are excluded from the planned workflow.

Limits and control

Automated checks do not guarantee copyright clearance, monetization, audience growth, or availability. Ambiguous upload outcomes require reconciliation rather than blind retries. The operator retains control over YouTube publishing decisions and can stop the workflow or revoke access.
