ATMOSHUSH
Privacy Policy
Effective: 4 October 2026. Operator: the Atmoshush project and Silent Night Ambience channel owner. Privacy contact: contact@atmoshush.com.
Scope
This policy describes the Atmoshush website and the operator's private channel workflow. The website is informational: it has no visitor sign-up, Google sign-in, advertising, embedded videos, or analytics scripts.
YouTube authorization and data
The workflow uses YouTube API Services. With the owner's authorization, it can upload video files and read channel and video information. Current permissions are YouTube upload and read-only YouTube access. It checks the authorized channel and whether a submitted video is private. It does not request Google account passwords, Gmail messages, banking information, or unrelated Drive files.
Processing and storage
Google/YouTube processes uploaded videos and their titles, descriptions, tags, and privacy settings. GitHub Actions runs the workflow. OAuth credentials are stored in GitHub Secrets, not in source code or intentionally printed in logs. Access tokens are used during execution.
The private repository stores job manifests and duplicate-prevention receipts: job identifiers, content fingerprints, file SHA-256 hashes, YouTube video identifiers, upload states, and timestamps. Workflow evidence artifacts have a configured seven-day retention. Repository records and workflow logs have separate retention and are not automatically deleted with artifacts. They are accessible to the operator and authorized repository collaborators, not the public.
Sharing and hosting
Cloudflare hosts the informational website and handles network requests such as IP addresses and browser request headers under its own policies. GitHub processes workflow data; Google processes YouTube and OAuth data. Atmoshush does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or model training. The site adds no tracking cookies or browser storage; infrastructure providers may process security-related request data.
Control, revocation and deletion
The owner can stop workflow runs and revoke the application's access through Google Account permissions. Revocation prevents further authorized access; it does not itself remove existing YouTube videos or repository records. Videos remain subject to the owner's YouTube Studio controls.
To ask a privacy question or request removal of stored authorization and associated records, email contact@atmoshush.com. The operator handles requests manually. Removing stored data may require deletion from private Git history and provider logs, not merely the current file. This workflow is restricted to its owner's channel; it does not accept other users' Google accounts. Duplicate-prevention records are limited to the upload receipts described above.
Contact messages and changes
Messages sent to contact@atmoshush.com are routed by Cloudflare to the operator's private mailbox. Your sender address, message and any attachments are used to answer your request; do not send passwords, tokens or sensitive financial information. Material policy changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
